What will your typical day look like?
In this role you will provide legal support with respect to all Canadian immigration matters, both temporary and permanent, while communicating with high volume and high profile clients. You will be requesting and reviewing client documentation, preparing and uploading deficiency letters and documents into the government portalsand draft legal correspondence. You will assemble and submit applications to relevant government agencies while providing information and guidance concerning medical exams and police certificates.You will work with immigration lawyers and partners while coordinating and executing requests. The analyst will monitor all field applications and will respond to government requests.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;
Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency
Bachelor’s degree of relevant legal assistant/paralegal diploma preferred, combined with work experience;
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual preferred to also have excellent French verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and all IRCC technology platforms and tools
