Position Summary

The Dentons Canada Infrastructure group offers ambitious associates the opportunity to be part of a team that is making a difference to the society we live in. We are delivering on projects that improve people’s lives, leveraging our sophisticated marketplace knowledge and industry expertise to advise stakeholders (including project companies, developers, banks, investors, contractors, governments and other public sector bodies) across a multitude of sectors ranging from roads to mass transit, rail, ports, education, healthcare, waste and wastewater treatment, broadband, district energy and renewable power. Our Infrastructure group is building a multi-faceted practice that serves a diverse set of domestic and global clients both in Canada and beyond. While based in our Ottawa office, you will collaborate with colleagues in our Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal offices, to support client needs and further your own development. You will also work with lawyers from other Dentons practice groups (regulatory, real estate, etc.) and our clients’ consultants to provide actionable advice and prepare prudent and informed documentation.

You will be at the table with our clients, allowing you ample opportunity to develop relationships and establish your own practice as you progress through this career path.
