What can I expect to do in this role?

You will:
• Provide a full range of administrative services including compiling materials for meetings and word processing services
• Create and maintain filing systems;
• Prepare monthly reports
• Provide reception services
• Order and maintain office supplies and log and distribute mail

How do I qualify?


• You can type 50 words per minute (WPM)

Administrative knowledge and skills:

• You have knowledge of general office procedures including purchasing, accounting and budgeting
• You have organizational skills to effectively prioritize workload and create/maintain filing and records management systems
• You are proficient with computers and related software (including Word, Excel, Outlook and databases) to provide word processing services

Communication skills:

• You have oral and written communication and customer service skills to deal effectively with the public, government agencies, medical/legal professionals, all levels of staff and vulnerable clientele network
