About the Role As part of exciting growth plans, we are recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel to support the growth of the global business, including working closely with leadership and go-to-market teams, structuring and closing SaaS contracts with customers, and collaborating cross-functionally across the global organization. You will be joining a winning team and you'll need to enjoy thriving in a very fast-paced environment in a dynamic, high-growth, AI-first, enterprise SaaS company. Responsibilities Structure, draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, software, support and cloud contracts. Lead the negotiation of master agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and tender responses. Develop and refine playbooks and corporate standards and ensure governance of contractual terms against those. Provide accurate, pragmatic, and timely legal advice across a range of commercial and operational matters. Dive into other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, including using the Legal AI tools and working with other teams. Qualifications Qualified lawyer with 6+ years post qualification experience. In-house SaaS/Software company experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience delivering on a wide range of complex commercial contracts and demonstrable ability to independently handle complex negotiations. Experience with Legal technical tools, revenue recognition and privacy matters. Proactive, “roll-up your sleeves” attitude. Highest degree of professional ethics and integrity, with demonstrable confidence when providing legal advice. Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management skills – this is an extremely fast paced company with same-day response expected. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
