Our Vancouver-based Valuation and Litigation Support group is currently seeking a Senior Manager with a CBV designation to join its growing practice. The group provides a wide range of valuation and related services across Northern and Western Canada. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial firm and will be ambitious and naturally curious, with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Role Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters. Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations related to the purchase and sale of business interests, due diligence services such as quality of earnings reports, and support for purchasers and sellers in negotiating transaction terms and reviewing purchase and sale agreements. Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer-based financial projections. Support valuation engagements related to corporate reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases.
