This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile Indigenous equity and infrastructure transactions across sectors including energy, natural resources and major projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in banking/finance, project finance or sophisticated transactional work from a leading Bay Street or in-house environment. The role offers significant visibility with senior leadership, exposure to landmark transactions, mentorship from a highly regarded legal executive, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to economic participation and nation-building initiatives - all within a collaborative culture that offers greater balance.
