Votre rôle Vous Serez Appelé à Conseiller Et Représenter Une Clientèle D’employeurs Sur Différentes Questions Liées Au Droit Du Travail Et Aux Relations De Travail. Vous Aurez Notamment L’occasion De Conseiller les clients relativement aux lois, règlements et conventions collectives applicables Représenter les employeurs devant les tribunaux administratifs, notamment en matière d’arbitrage de griefs, ainsi que devant les tribunaux de droit commun Rédiger des opinions juridiques, mémoires, contrats et ententes Participer à la négociation et à la rédaction de conventions collectives Élaborer et offrir des formations sur différents enjeux liés au droit du travail Rédiger du contenu juridique, notamment des infolettres Profil recherché Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec Environ 10 ans d’expérience en droit du travail et en relations de travail Expérience et intérêt marqué pour les différents aspects du droit du travail Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse Autonomie, rigueur et excellent sens de l’organisation Esprit d’équipe, polyvalence et sens de l’initiative Intérêt pour le développement et le maintien de relations avec la clientèle Ce qui est offert Rémunération compétitive Assurances collectives et régime de retraite Mode de travail hybride Environnement flexible et collaboratif Cabinet à taille humaine accordant une importance au bien-être de ses employés Mandats stimulants et haut niveau de pratique professionnelle
What you’ll do

Requirements
Must be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar and have approximately 10 years of experience in employment law and labor relations. The role calls for strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills, autonomy, rigor, organization, teamwork, initiative, versatility, and an interest in building and maintaining client relationships.
