Corporate Lawyer

On-site · Toronto

Manage a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for privately held businesses, including structuring share and asset purchase transactions. Advise clients on tax-efficient business structures, succession planning, and corporate reorganizations while acting as a trusted advisor.

Litigation LAA

Hybrid · Vancouver

Provide comprehensive administrative and practice support to lawyers within a busy commercial litigation practice. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling legal document production, and assisting with billing and financial administration.

General Counsel

On-site · Vancouver

Provide legal opinions and advice to senior leadership and Council regarding Aboriginal law and self-government implementation. Oversee external counsel and support organizational growth in areas such as development and housing.

Litigation LAA

On-site

Provide legal administrative support to lawyers, including drafting and formatting legal documents and managing schedules for mediations and trials. Maintain electronic and physical files while assisting with billing and general administrative duties across various practice groups.
