You are a creative yet disciplined legal problem-solver who approaches files with defined strategy and attention to detail. You will take primary responsibility for files and are expected to effectively deploy firm resources, including clerks and paralegals delegating appropriately while maintaining overall carriage, responsibility and accountability. You are comfortable appearing before forums such as the Superior Court of Justice on both motions and trials, the Ontario Court of Justice, and various other tribunals.
