A well-established and growing Calgary law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 2-8 years of experience to join its collaborative and sophisticated business law practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to broaden their experience across a variety of transactional matters while working closely with experienced partners and a diverse client base. The successful candidate will have exposure to corporate and commercial law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and wills and estates, depending on their experience and interests. Responsibilities Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents. Assist with mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and financing transactions. Support securities-related matters, including corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Handle commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. Assist with estate planning, business succession planning, and related wills and estates matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives. Qualifications 2-8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate & Commercial Law Securities Mergers & Acquisitions Commercial Real Estate Wills & Estates Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Membership in good standing with, or eligibility for admission to, the Law Society of Alberta. Why Consider This Opportunity?
