MISSION DE L’EMPLOYEUR En conformité avec la Loi sur l’aide juridique et sur la prestation de certains autres services juridiques, le Centre communautaire juridique de la Mauricie et du Centre-du-Québec a le mandat d’informer les personnes de leurs droits et obligations, de les conseiller et de les représenter devant les tribunaux tout en favorisant l’évolution du droit. LIEU DE TRAVAIL Bureau d’aide juridique de Shawinigan 500, avenue Broadway | Bureau 101 Shawinigan (Québec) G9N 1M3 NATURE DE LA FONCTION Avocat œuvrant principalement en droit criminel et pénal. Il pourrait être appelé à œuvrer en matière de protection de la jeunesse et en matière familiale, civile, administrative et en droit de la santé. EXIGENCES DE L’EMPLOI La personne recherchée pour ce poste doit posséder une expérience récente et avoir eu une charge de travail significative en droit criminel. Elle aura aussi démontré son leadership professionnel, sa compréhension de la clientèle de l’aide juridique et son implication dans la communauté.
