Duties: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for representing the union and its members at grievance arbitration and handling grievance file settlements. The bilingual Legal Officer will also be responsible for appearing before all levels of court and administrative boards and tribunals, conducting legal research and providing legal opinions when required.
