Responsabilités Participer à la gestion de dossiers complexes en litige commercial, actions collectives, enquêtes et différends réglementaires. Contribuer à l’élaboration des stratégies de dossier et à la préparation des différentes étapes du litige. Mener ou participer à des interrogatoires, audiences et représentations devant les tribunaux. Rédiger des avis juridiques, mémoires, procédures, plans d’argumentation et autres documents stratégiques. Conseiller les clients relativement aux risques juridiques et aux options de résolution des différends. Qualifications Membre du Barreau du Québec et/ou du Barreau de l’Ontario. Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience en litige commercial. Expérience en actions collectives considérée comme un atout. Excellentes compétences en rédaction juridique. Expérience devant les tribunaux et capacité à représenter des clients dans le cadre de demandes et d’audiences. Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et capacité à offrir un service client de haut niveau. Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et aptitude à gérer plusieurs dossiers et échéances simultanément. // Our Client Is a leading national law firm with offices across Canada. Contribute to the development of case strategies and assist with all stages of the litigation process. Conduct or assist with examinations, hearings, and court appearances. Draft legal opinions, factums, pleadings, argument outlines, and other strategic legal documents. Advise clients on legal risks and dispute resolution options. Qualifications Member of the Québec Bar and/or the Ontario Bar. 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Experience in class actions is considered an asset. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills. Courtroom experience and the ability to represent clients in motions, hearings, and other proceedings. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. REF# LI1708
