Responsabilités Conseiller des clients sur des dossiers variés en matière de fusions et acquisitions privées, incluant des transactions nationales et transfrontalières. Participer activement à la structuration et à l’exécution d’opérations transactionnelles complexes. Gérer des dossiers de façon autonome tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes et les autres bureaux du cabinet. Rédiger et négocier des documents juridiques dans le cadre de transactions sophistiquées. Contribuer à des mandats stratégiques pour une clientèle institutionnelle et corporative de premier plan.
