Additionally, they will oversee file budgets, conduct legal research, and mentor junior staff to support the growth of the tax practice.

Additionally, they will manage files, mentor junior staff, and build collaborative relationships across the firm's service lines.

The role involves communicating directly with clients and Tax authorities to support ongoing dispute resolution matters, assisting in strategy development, and drafting legal representation at all levels of the dispute process. Responsibilities also include performing legal research, evaluating assignments for fee estimates, managing matters to completion, and supporting firm growth through knowledge management and coaching.
