Draft, review, and negotiate construction and commercial agreements, advise business teams on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, and coordinate litigation support with external counsel. The role also supports contract approvals and handovers, develops legal training, contributes to commercial proposals and pricing strategies, and mentors Legal and Commercial team members.
